Franco Management Enterprises serves 9 property management clients across 18 residential and commercial buildings in Manhattan. We operate as the dedicated service partner for each management company, coordinating janitorial and painting operations across their portfolio so they get one point of accountability instead of juggling multiple vendors per building.
Our service area spans Chelsea, the West Village, the East Village, Tribeca, SoHo, and the Lower East Side. We group each client's buildings into geographic corridors so our supervisors can oversee service delivery across adjacent properties in a single route. This structure means every property manager has a named FME contact who knows their buildings, their tenants' expectations, and their management company's standards.
