FME's maintenance crews perform daily janitorial, porter, and painting services inside Manhattan's residential and commercial buildings. We cover common-area cleaning, hallway and stairwell upkeep, lobby maintenance, sidewalk and curb care, and seasonal exterior work across over 200 residential units in Chelsea, the West Village, the East Village, Tribeca, and SoHo.

Each building receives a structured daily routine on a strict rotating schedule. We assign dedicated porters to high-density buildings and deploy circuit-based teams across multi-building corridors. Tasks include morning sidewalk sweeps before foot traffic, interior mopping and vacuuming, trash room sanitation, and DSNY-compliant garbage set-out timed to collection windows. Painting crews rotate through buildings on a planned cycle to keep common areas, stairwells, and exteriors in presentable condition year-round.

For plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, we coordinate with building management to bring in their preferred third-party vendors and ensure the work gets scheduled and completed. Our team handles the day-to-day upkeep that keeps buildings presentable and compliant between those larger repairs.

Every task is logged through our proprietary operations platform with GPS verification and photo evidence. This creates a defensible operational record that gives building owners and managers real-time visibility into service delivery.
