Franco Management Enterprises was founded by Shawn Magloire to solve a problem he saw firsthand: property managers in Manhattan were stuck coordinating multiple vendors with no visibility into whether the work actually got done. FME was built around a different model. Every building gets a dedicated crew that knows the property inside and out, supervised directly by ownership on a daily basis. That hands-on accountability is why FME maintains a 100% client retention rate. We built our own technology platform, CyntientOps, through our sister company Franco Technologies, so that every task is photo-verified, GPS-stamped, and visible to property managers in real time. The result is a maintenance operation where nothing falls through the cracks and managers never have to chase updates.
